Potential Reduced Airfares

Dear all,
I hope you are well.
Just a quick note to inform you that the OC is working hard with airlines in Namibia and South Africa to try secure agreements for reduced flight cost to the WUC in Namibia. We are currently trying to secure connections to South America, North America and the Australasia countries through numerous airlines at affordable rates.

We are happy to announce that we have already managed agreements from Europe (Frankfurt & Istanbul) and Africa with our national airline, Air Namibia. Two options were made available for all European countries or countries willing to connect in Frankfurt. Options are as follow:

1) Normal booking - via the OC or Air Namibia at shockingly cheap rates when booked early. (Rates will be announced soon)

2) Charter flight - Air Namibia is willing to make an aircraft available for all countries willing to fly from Frankfurt directly into Swakopmund (None stop). Please note that this option is only possible if we reach a certain number of passengers. It will also have fixed dates and might be a bit more pricey. However, it will get you to Swakopmund much quicker and still at a competitive price. (Rates will be announced soon)

Please let us know if you are interested in any of the above mentioned options by replying to this email.

As soon as further agreements have been reached we promise to keep you posted.
Also, keep an eye on our website at for any further updates and please like and share our page on Facebook @ 8th FISU World University Rugby Championships, Swakopmund 2018 or @swakop2018.

We hope you are considering to attend this event, we assure you that preparations are well on track and a high level event is expected.
Please let me know if you have any questions, we are happy to reply.
Best regards,
Werner Jeffery
